    My “tool box” includes a foundation of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) expanding to a creative use of skills developed in multiple goal oriented therapies. The skills I impart during our process together lend towards agency… the ability to be grounded in the present with clarity in order to both speak truth without harm and ask for what is important. That is, to have VOICE!

  • Confidence and Agency Lead to Change

    I find people do achieve insight. Insight is its own reward towards understanding. Choice requires agency, the confidence to have control over actions and consequences. Collaboratively, we set goals and expose patterns that have interfered with and frustrated the achievement of your life goals. This may include a deeper dive into childhood patterns, cultural messaging, prior choices and the impact of particular influences in your life.
